How the service works

IPTV delivers television over an internet connection instead of a cable or satellite line. You choose a plan, pay by Interac e-Transfer, and we email your login, usually within minutes and almost always within an hour. You then install a player app such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters or GSE Smart IPTV on a Fire TV Stick, smart TV, Android box, Apple TV, phone or MAG box, sign in, and start watching. There is no installation appointment, no box to rent and no contract.

Streams are delivered from Canadian points of presence in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, which keeps the path to your home short. A stable 15 Mbps is enough for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. If you want to see how your own connection performs, our IPTV speed test measures it, and the compatibility checker confirms your device will work before you pay anything.

Our commitments, and how to check them

It is easy for any provider to promise good service. These are the specific things we commit to, each with a way for you to verify it on this site.

• Published prices. Every plan and price is listed in Canadian dollars on the pricing page, for one, two or three screens. Nothing is hidden behind "contact us for pricing".
• No automatic renewal. Plans are prepaid for the term you choose. We never store a card, so nothing can be charged again without you deciding to renew.
• A written refund window. If the service does not work for you, our 7-day refund policy explains exactly how to get your money back.
• Real support. A person answers on Live Support and at help@supportiptv.ca. Setup help is part of every plan, not an extra.
• Terms you can read. Our terms of use and privacy policy are published in full, including how we handle your email and order details.

How we write our guides

Our guides are written for Canadian viewers and focus on practical questions: which device to use, what speed you need, how to fix buffering on a specific ISP, and how to choose a plan length. Prices quoted in guides and on the homepage are taken from the same live plan list that checkout uses, so they always match what you pay. Pages show when they were published or last reviewed. If you spot something that is wrong or out of date, email help@supportiptv.ca and we will correct it.

What we don't do

• We don't publish reviews we can't verify. You won't find star ratings or testimonials on this site that didn't come from real customers.
• We don't sell your personal information. We use your email to send your login, setup guides and support replies, and nothing else.
• We don't lock you in. There is no contract and no cancellation fee, because there is nothing to cancel: a plan simply ends at the end of its term.
• We don't oversell what you need. If a 1-month plan or a single screen covers your household, that is what we will recommend.

Where we serve

CheapIPTV is available everywhere in Canada at the same prices. We publish local pages for Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, and a French-language site for francophone households. Because a subscription follows your internet connection rather than your address, it also keeps working when you travel or spend the winter outside Canada.
